Mr. Markus Lesser was born in 1964 in Dusseldorf, Germany. He can look back on well over 20 years of experience in the international energy sector. For more than 10 years of this period, he worked in the supply industry for power station components. He has been working successfully for various companies in the renewable energies sector since 2000. He initially worked as the Managing Director and Sales Director of wind power station constructor Nordex AG, where he was responsible for project funding, the turnkey realisation of wind farms and sales of wind power stations to central, south-east and eastern Europe. Subsequently, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Renergys Group AG in Zurich, Switzerland. In this capacity, he was responsible for the Renergys Group's technical business and operations.
Finally, Mr. Lesser worked on the management of Epuron GmbH, where he was responsible for project development, construction and operation, particularly of offshore wind farms and wind power projects in Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
On May 1, 2011, he became COO of PNE WIND AG and was in charge of operations and project development. Since May 26, 2016 Markus Lesser is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PNE WIND AG.

Mr. Jörg Klowat was born in Cuxhaven in 1968. After successfully completing his degree in economic science, the graduate economist started work in the financial division of what is now PNE WIND in 1999. As the Head of Finance and Accounting, he was responsible for all financial affairs in the concern and at PNE WIND until 2011. Mr. Klowat's tasks specifically included financial planning, corporate development and financial accounting. Besides leading the finance department, he was also responsible for property and real estate, risk management, sponsoring and insurance during this period.
Mr. Klowat has held the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 1 April 2011. Mr. Klowat's responsibilities at PNE WIND encompass finance and accounting, controlling and risk management.

Kurt Stürken was born in Bremen in 1963 and has more than twenty years of operational experience in wind energy. After attending school in England for six years and then studying mechanical engineering at the University of Hannover, he spent several years as a research associate in the Business Studies Faculty at the University of Lüneburg.
The graduate mechanical engineer started with the development of wind energy projects in Sweden in 1995 and then went onto found the Scandinavian subsidiary for the wind turbine manufacturer ENERCON GmbH in Malmö. Kurt Stürken later moved to Germany to manage global project management for eight years for ENERCON.
In this role he supported the company’s launch onto the market and its customers in various countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, South and North America. This was followed by positions as Investment Director for the project development company Platina Partners in London and Director Global Projects for the wind turbine manufacturer REpower SE (Senvion today). Kurt Stürken was most recently employed as Managing Director of K2 Management GmbH, a project consulting company for wind energy.
Since September 15, 2016, Mr. Stürken is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PNE WIND.

Mr Pedersen was born in 1953 in Denmark. He is a self-employed management consultant in the field of renewable energies. After Mr Pedersen worked for 25 years within the construction, packaging and telecommunications industry in various executive board and senior management positions, he focused on the wind industry in 2000. First, he was responsible for the international business of the wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon, until he was appointed CEO of REpower Systems AG (today Senvion) (2007- 2011). Per Hornung Pedersen was born in 1953 and has a Bachelor in Finance and Accounting and a Diploma in Auditing and Tax Law as well as an MBA.
Since October 2015 Mr. Pedersen has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND, since May 2017 he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Dr. Jens Kruse was born in Hamburg in 1958. Since 1998, he has served as Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Representative at M.M. Warburg & CO, an independent German private bank. Prior to his period at M.M. Warburg & CO, Mr. Kruse was an employee of and, later, partner in the Corporate Finance Division of KPMG, where he also obtained his qualification as a chartered accountant.
He completed his studies with a degree in Business Administration in 1982 and then started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he became a partner and was responsible for restructuring consultancy.
Since May 2017, Mr. Kruse is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND.

Mr. Rohardt was born in 1948 in Germany. Since 2010 Mr Andreas M. Rohardt is Managing Owner of ARO Greenergy GmbH, Hermannsburg. His activities include project consultancy for renewable energy, solar and Biorefining. In addition, Mr Rohardt is chairman of the Advisory Board of SOEX- Group, Ahrensburg, a global leader in the field of used textiles marketing and recycling.
From 1986 to 2009 Mr Rohardt worked as Managing Partner for the Gratenau & Hesselbacher group (G & H), an international trade service for wood, pulp and paper with core competencies in sourcing, logistics, finance and sales. Mr Rohardt is a graduate engineer and has professional experience in the North American region.
Since October 2015 Mr. Rohardt has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND.

Dr. Isabella Niklas is a lawyer and partner of the law firm Osborne Clarke in Hamburg and is responsible for the renewable energy practice. She advises investors, banks and project developers in all stages of project development with particular focus on wind (Onshore/Offshore) and solar projects. This includes legal advice on M&A transactions, on the project planning and development and on project financing. Before joining Osborne Clarke, Isabella Niklas was a founding partner of WKN Witter Khalilzadeh Niklas Rechtsanwälte, a law firm in Hamburg specialized on renewable energy.
Previously, she worked as a member of the Team Renewables at PwC Legal AG and in the Hamburg office of White & Case. Isabella Niklas studied in Hamburg and from 1999 to 2002 she was a Research associate at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg. She is engaged with the Forum Finanzierung und Recht des Clusters Erneuerbare Energien Hamburg and regularly holdslectures.
Since May 2016, Dr. Niklas has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND.
Marcel Egger was born in Diepholz in 1965. He started his career with the EUROKAI/EUROGATE Group in 1991 as Director of Finances of the EUROKAI Group. With the founding of EUROGATE in 1999, he assumed the position of Director of Finances and parallel to this was responsible for the foreign activities and business development of the newly founded corporate group. Since July 2009, Marcel Egger has been a member of the EUROGATE Group Management Board.
He was appointed Managing Director of the EUROGATE Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven back in 2006, shortly after EUROGATE was granted the concession to operate Germany's only deep-water container port. Marcel Egger is a qualified banker and graduated as a certified banking specialist from the Banking Academy in Frankfurt am Main. Since May 2017, Mr. Egger has been a member of PNE WIND's Supervisory Board.
Florian Schuhbauer, born in 1975, holds a Master Degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Florian Schuhbauer is a founding partner of Active Ownership Capital (AOC) and has more than 20 years' investment experience as well as experience in operational executive positions. He started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in the areas of risk management and equity research. Afterwards, together with partners, he built up Newtron AG, a software company providing software to optimise strategic procurement processes, which was subsequently sold successfully.
He then became CFO and Executive Vice President of DHL Global Mail in the US, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG. As a partner and Portfolio Manager at General Capital Group and Active Value Investors, Florian Schuhbauer was responsible for investments with a combined value of € 1.5 billion. Prior to the establishment of AOC, Mr. Schuhbauer was a partner at Triton Partners, where he successfully built up the Public Equity business. Since May 2017, Mr. Schuhbauer is member of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND.
