Step by step transfer to the purchaser

• Remuneration is often made according to the milestone principle
• Payment of the purchase price is linked to individual project progress steps
• Alternatively: Complete sale of the wind farm when approval has been granted

In principle, the handover to the customer can be effected in two different ways: after establishing the legal right to the project or according to the "milestone” principle. In the first case, the project is completely sold subsequent to approval having been granted. In the second case, PNE WIND AG will hand over the wind farm in fully operational condition to the final operator. In this case, the remuneration is paid in steps, i.e. purchase price instalments become due for payment in steps according to the completion of defined interim targets. The wind farm then finally and completely becomes the property of the end user at the latest upon successful commissioning. From the time of its handover, the wind farm will generate attractive and stable returns for the end user – with no price risk or fluctuations in demand.
