Accounting

Our accounting services cover all financial aspects of your wind farm. We are able to offer the following services and more:

  • Ordering and monitoring of payment transactions, including payment of rent to landlords, tax payments
  • Business transaction support, especially reporting services, as requested by the financing bank
  • Financial and cost accounting
  • Integrating and coordinating the operation of remuneration for the input of energy into the grid
  • Preparing annual financial accounts and submitting them to the competent auditor for the creation/auditing of the annual financial accounts and tax returns
  • Supporting the client in all taxation matters (tax advisory services not provided)
  • Preparing IFRS/HGB reports, including liquidity planning, profit and loss and balance sheet, target/actual comparisons

Capital share administration

  • Support for limited partners
  • Requesting and channeling special operating expenditure
  • Support in holding shareholder meetings
  • Support in preparing financial reports
  • Support with commercial registry applications
  • Holding of business documentation/master data

Technical management

What we do

Our technical management services cover all of your wind farm's technical requirements. Our 9-strong team guarantees you and your wind farm the best possible management and support. Our services include the following:

  • Ongoing monitoring of the wind turbines to ensure correct and optimal operation (remote online monitoring – remote data transmission)
  • Transparent presentation and explanations of profits and availability in the framework of reporting, analyses and other support activities
  • Quality concept (quality improvement and wind farm inspection checks)
  • Insurance (option to be included in the PNE framework contract; checking condition-oriented maintenance (ZOP)
  • Transformer maintenance, cable sheath tests, etc.
  • Safety/emergency procedure concept
  • Maintenance and testing of condition-monitoring systems
  • Identifying technical faults to ensure timely repairs (responsibility for the turbines)
  • Initiation and, if required, our own implementation of optimisation measures
  • Coordination and organisation of technical processes (e.g. maintenance and service operations)
  • Checking compliance with technical processes/legal requirements
  • Involvement with technical projects and solutions
  • Thermography
  • Gear inspection by endoscope
