Annual document

According to Section 10 of the Wertpapier-Prospekt-Gesetz (WpPG – German Securities Prospectus Act), which came into force on July 1, 2005, issuers of securities undertake to provide a document to the general public once per year which includes information or refers to information that the company has published or made available to the public during the past twelve months as a result of specific capital market requirements.

We have published this annual document for the past fiscal year (January 1 to December 31, 2010) within the meaning of Section 10 WpPG.

We point out that the information included in this annual document or to which this document refers may be outdated. There is no requirement to update this information.
