Contract of Chairman of the Board extended

Martin Billhardt, Chairman of the Board of Directors, employment contract has been extended until 2018

Cuxhaven, 14th May 2012 – Today, the Supervisory Board of Cuxhaven's wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2), passed a resolution to prolong Martin Billhardt's contract as Chairman of the Board of Directors until April 30, 2018. With this long term contract, the Supervisory Board wishes to ensure the continuing development of the company in the national and international onshore and offshore wind farm markets.

Martin Billhardt was first appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 August 2004 as Director of Finance. Since 1 July 2008, Martin Billhardt has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of PNE WIND AG. His previous contract would have expired on 30 April 2013.

 

 

Offshore project Gode Wind II still owned by PNE WIND AG

PNE WIND AG continues to hold 100 percent of the shares in the offshore wind farm project, "Gode Wind II"

Cuxhaven, 23rd March2012 – The wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2), continues to hold all of the shares in the "Gode Wind II" offshore wind farm project. The sale of the project company agreed on 29th December 2011 did not become effective because HYSSING Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, held by the Danish company, Brancor Capital Partners APS, did not make the payments on 23rd March 2012 as agreed.

PNE WIND AG will now conduct sales discussions with other parties interested in purchasing this wind
farm.

It is planned to locate the wind farm in the North Sea, about 38 kilometres seaward of the island of Norderney and approval has already been granted by the Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie (BSH) (German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency). 84 offshore wind energy systems with a total nominal output of 252 MW are to be constructed in "Gode Wind II".

Payments from offshore project Gode Wind II delayed

PNE WIND AG is not expecting payments from the sale of the offshore wind farm project, "Gode Wind II", until 23rd March 2012

Cuxhaven, 29th February 2012 – The wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2), has not received the first payment from the sale of the "Gode Wind II" offshore wind farm project which was originally scheduled for the 29th February 2012.  PNE WIND AG now expects this payment on 23rd March 2012 together with the second installment from the buyer, HYSSING Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH held by the Danish company, Brancor Capital Partners APS.

The payment of the first and second instalments amounting to over 50 percent of the total purchase price is now expected on 23rd March 2012. The payment will have a positive influence on PNE WIND AGs EBIT for the financial year 2011.

The agreed purchase price for all of the shares in the PNE Gode Wind II GmbH is based on a valuation of approx. EUR 317,000 per MW including the development costs paid in advance. 84 offshore wind energy systems with a total nominal output of 252 MW are to be constructed in the "Gode Wind II" offshore project.

PNE WIND AG sells offshore wind farm project, "Gode Wind II" to the Danish investor, Brancor Capital Partners

Cuxhaven, 29th December 2011 – The wind farm project developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) is selling its shares in PNE Gode Wind II GmbH, in which the offshore wind farm project "Gode Wind II" is being developed, to HYSSING Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which is held by the Danish Brancor Capital Partners APS. The agreed purchase price for all shares of PNE Gode Wind II GmbH is based on a valuation of about EUR 317,000 per MW including the already invested development costs.

SSP litigation becomes final in favour of PNE WIND AG

SSP litigation becomes final in favour of PNE WIND AG

Cuxhaven, November 7, 2011 - PNE WIND AG does no longer face any liability from the sale of its stake in SSP Technology A/S. SSP Technology Holding ApS, a company of the VENTIZZ Group, has today abandoned its appeal against the dismissal of its action by the Stade District Court dated 7 October 2010. As a consequence, this judgment becomes final.

The bindingly dismissed action was directed at the reversal of the sale of the majority stake in SSP Technology A/S held by PNE WIND AG until 2008 against payment of EUR 54.28 million and alternatively at a payment of approx. EUR 8.64 million.

The commencement of this action was made public by PNE WIND AG in the ad-hoc-notification dated 16th October 2009 and its dismissal was made public by PNE WIND AG in the ad-hoc-notification dated 7 October 2010.

PNE WIND AG restructures its Board of Directors

Cuxhaven, 16th March 2011 – The wind farm developer, PNE WIND AG (ISIN DE000A0JBPG2), announces changes in its Board of Directors. Concluding a successful business phase Bernd Paulsen, previously responsible for operations (COO), will leave the company on 31st March 2011, having taken on new challenges with a stronger focus on the technical area. As new COO, the Supervisory Board today has appointed Markus Lesser, who has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energies sector.
