Cuxhaven, 18 September 2012 – The Management Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PNE WIND AG strengthen their engagement with the firm through the purchase of shares. The Management Board members Martin Billhardt, Jörg Klowat und Markus Lesser as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dieter K. Kuprian announced they have each purchased 10,000 shares in an over-the-counter transaction at a price of EUR 1.899 per share. The Management Board and Supervisory Board members now hold 591,204 shares of PNE WIND AG.
