Electricity drives the world forward. To date, worldwide supply has been based above all on the use of limited supplies of oil, coal and gas. However, those effects of climate change which have already become noticeable, the uncertainty concerning the availability of these raw materials and the approaching exhaustion of fossil based fuels have led to a reassessment of the energy policy in a growing number of countries. After all, natural sources of energy are available in an almost unlimited supply – we only have to use them.

Technically practicable and economically sensible methods for generating cheap and environmentally friendly electricity are already in existence today.
